Refunds

• Eligibility: Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Process: Contact customer service to initiate a refund. Provide proof of purchase and reason for the refund.
• Condition: Mattress must be returned in original condition without damage or stains.
• Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Contact customer service to cancel an order.
• Refunds for Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made before shipment. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
